With Parliament back from recess, today Thursday the 7th of February 2013, The Anti Homosexuality Bill stands at No.6 on the order of Business to follow in parliament. Members of the Ugandan parliament have stepped out of the majority to present their views about the Anti Homo sexuality bill with a draft Minority Report.
