President Museveni’s letter to the speaker after the passage of the anti homosexuality bill

The President of Uganda, H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, has written to the Speaker of Parliament expressing his concern about the Anti Homosexuality Bill that was passed by the parliament of Uganda on December 20th 2013 and he equally gave his interesting opinion to Human Sexuality and Homosexuality in particular.
