The President signs the anti homosexuality bill into law after scientific reports apparently prooved to him that homosexuals are 'made not born'.
After five years since being introduced, and after being passed erroneously by the parliament of Uganda on 20th December 2013.The president of Uganda, During a 10 day retreat in Kyankwanzi, decided to sign the anti homosexuality bill into law after scientific reports apparently prooved to him that homosexuals are 'made not born'. This was a conditionally that he had placed to his decision to sign the bill into law.
The Ministry of Health Report and the Caucus report explain further the reasons for the president's decision.
